I am a Red Seal Certified Chef with over 20 years experience in hospitality. I hold all necessary tickets and certifications, whimis, ofa 3 etc.
My Kit includes a fully-loaded Craft Services trailer with a service window. A 2023 F150 truck for towing the trailer, and a fully stocked OFA 3 first aid kit.
I am also available for catering services using a big food truck with the capability to feed as many people as you'd like to throw at me!
I have so much experience cooking, catering and within hospitality in general that I would be an absolute asset for your project!
I have worked with several PM's in the Commercial world, lots of Hallmarks and even Indie projects.
